
Pharos offers in-house telephone support 24 hours a day 365 days a year to cover issues arising during normal operation.

Calls made between 09.00 - 17.30 UK time (excluding UK Public Holidays) are included free of charge within the terms of the Pharos Maintenance Contract.
Calls made outside these hours may be chargeable depending on the type of contract purchased.
If you are making a call outside office hours, calls will be processed by the Pharos Response Centre. Staff will take details of your call and forward them to one of our on-call engineers who will respond within 2 hours.
In order to gain access to out of hours support you will be asked for your Maintenance Contract number. Please ensure that appropriate duty engineering staff have been issued with your contract number, as failure to provide this number when reporting an issue may result in a delay.
